-------------> Configuração de placa de video:

GeForce:
1. Abra o Painel de controle da Nvidia
vá em Gerenciar configurações em 3D
2. Configurações de programa
ache o Bless.exe (\Bless Online\Binaries\Win64)
3. Vá até a opção "GPU com rederização OpenGL e selecione a sua placa de video.
4. Aperte em Aplicar

Radeon (deixei em ingles pq eu não sei como funciona o programa da radeon, se alguem deixar nos comentários a versão traduzida certinho, eu edito. vlwes)
Open Radeon Settings
Select "Gaming" On the menu
Select Bless Online (If you don't see bless.exe on the default list, you will need to click add and navigate to Steam\steamapps\common\Bless Online\Binaries\Win64)
Switch the "Wait for Vertical Refresh" on with Enhanced Sync
Switch the "Open GL Triple Buffering" and put it On
